My philosophy on teaching, I am a firm believer that every student is entitled to receive a high quality education. I am aware and understanding that all students do not learn the same way; therefore, I am dedicated and compassionate to teaching my students various methods that can appeal to them in various different ways.
My job as a teacher is to encourage, motivate, and raise levels of physiological so that my students can be at their best and achieve success through active participation in academic areas, as well as socially. My classroom will be a student-centered atmosphere that promotes learning, so that the students will feel welcoming and comfortable. It is very important to incorporate various technology programs into my classroom, since our society is relying more on technology. This will help prepare the students to work with various kinds of technology in the society as well.
One of the most important concepts I hope to impart to students is that learning is a process. For me, the learning process includes improving myself professionally and conveying myself as an effective teacher. My philosophy that was always instilled in me was “Each one teach one and “each one reach one”. The phrase is powerful and interesting to say the least; it is showing that when working together more things can be done in the most efficient and effective way. The motto I would like my students to understand that we are all teaching one another.
